Bloody cheesecake

What do vampires eat for desert?  Well I don’t know but I sure do love this red velvet cheese cake.  It turns out so velvety smooth and pretty every time.  I find cheesecake a little stressful to make, just have to trust it to come out right, which is hard for me.  It is so worth it though because it tastes phenomenal.

While we waited for the cheesecake to bake the boys made a bat garland.  They used the template from the bat cutouts they made earlier in the week and the same method they used to make their paperchain ghosts.  This time they figured it out and the garland turned out great.
