I won’t lie, I’m one of those people who loves everything pumpkin. I wait all year for pumpkin spice season. I make pumpkin soups, pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin bars, pumpkin coffee, you name it. My favorite is pumpkin bread. When I had to drop gluten from my diet it became much more difficult to enjoy my favorite foods. It has taken me several years to find a really good pumpkin bread recipe but I think we finally have it.
